We have a twitter account for Rails at http://twitter.com/rails. You can follow it to receive regular updates about the framework.

    @Billbo: Twitter updates refer back to the blog. All actual content is still on the blog.

    And many times there are small updates, for which blog might be an overkill. For example, “Please give your feedback to this important patch” etc.
